Changes are coming to Bold2Move

Bold2Move started as a side passion project, between two colleagues, that grew into so much more. In the last 2 years, we have seen our ups and downs but also stayed on target with our missing and purpose: Embrace Change, Ignite Transformation.  That will always remain at our core.  We will continue to strive to empower leaders, teams and organizations to unleash their own potential. 

As the new year comes, Bold2Move will evolve as well.  We say farewell to co-Founder, Carmen Knippenberg. 'Thank you for your trust, the collaboration and openness we always experienced while working together.  It is now time to make a dream come true and start some studies while focusing on my volunteer work at the Diakonie,’ shares Carmen.  We wish her a great start into her studies and continued joy in her volunteer work with Diakonie. 

In 2025, we welcome, Stephanie Dahl-Wissmann.  She will carry on the tradition of being a previous colleague of Jochen’s, sharing similar passions and purpose when it comes to transforming working environments. She brings global experience with positions held in the US, Germany and Denmark along with knowledge on transformations, ways of working and organizational psychology. Jochen and Stephanie are thrilled to working together again - and this time on their own terms. 

This is just the start of the news we have to share for 2025.  But you will have to wait until January to hear more.  In the meantime, take a look at the new website.  We have expanded to share more about our approach and our offerings. Start the new year with a bold move.
